Sfera Sicilian Street Food began as a collaboration between Steven and Daniela. They took their memories of casual dining abroad; Daniela's summers in Sicily with her family and Steven's experience opening and working in Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and created what is both quintessentially Sicilian and unmistakably Chicagoan. Taking the recipes, techniques and food culture of Sicily and utilizing the best of the Midwest harvest to create Sfera.
